McCann's

Most mornings, yes even through the summer, I have oatmeal for breakfast. I have no wheat/gluten problems with oats, although I think the jury might be out for celiacs. My oat of choice is steel cut, organic if I can get it; never quick cooking, and certainly not pre-flavored—yes, I’m even an oatmeal snob. Although, I must admit cinnamon raisin was a childhood favorite, as was peaches & cream and, of course maple--all fake but all good. But since no more sugar, no more fake-flavored.

McCann’s is like the Mercedes of the Oat world! Ok, I made that up, maybe too much branding-talk on Entourage last night. But really, it’s super delicious, healthy and cholesterol lowering--just thought I'd share.
