Chebe

I have heard about Chebe for years as a great gluten-free option for bread mixes. I received samples not once but twice from this kind company and still hadn’t tried until recently. Finally, I had a minute to mix up a batch of the plain and the Italian style and each morning for a week or two, made little rolls of Chebe goodness. Chebe develops a real crust, the interior is soft but not as overly pully and stretchy like tapioca can be. The flavor is right and the ease of the Chebe product is terrific. (And top 8 free - until you add egg and dairy to mix!)

More about Chebe from their website:

Our line of Chebe products includes gluten free, oven-ready frozen dough and gluten free bread mixes. And all of our products are corn free, peanut free and tree nut free, soy free, potato free, and rice free. Five of our gluten free bread mixes are also lactose free and casein free. Chebe is a 100% Gluten Free Manufacturer with a dedicated gluten free facility.

Not a dairy free facility: All but one of our dry mixes are free of lactose and casein. However, all of our mixes are processed on the same equipment. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned after processing our Original Chebe Mix, which contains dry milk, and we make an effort to make a limited number of production runs with this item.
And here's more info about allergens and the product.

Now I see what all the fuss is about and j’agree!
